Holiday Gift Ideas 2024

Holiday Gift Ideas 2024

The holiday season is upon us, and that means it’s time to come up with thoughtful gifts for your loved ones. We prepared our annual list of holiday gift ideas for photographers of all ages.

Additional lighting

Just like our cameraman Martin says, “You can never have too much light.” Especially additional lighting that is easy to transport. These come in many shapes and sizes such as cubes, light sticks, or LED panels. Compact lights that can fit in your backpack are best for transporting.

We recommend getting colored lights that give you more options for experimenting.

Another option is a lighting kit that includes stands, remote flash, and a carrying case.

Smartphone camera grip

Mobile phone photography is very popular these days. Make your phone look like a camera using a smartphone camera grip. Not only does it make your phone easier to hold when taking pictures, but it’s also stylish and fun.

The camera grip comes with a tripod stand which you can use for photography or just when watching videos on your phone. It also includes a shoe mount for mounting additional lighting. There are many types to choose from.

Lego 3 in 1 camera or Polaroid camera for little photographers

Do you have a future photographer at home or someone who’s still a kid at heart? How about a cute Lego gift? There are two options:

1. This Lego set is three gifts in one. You can make a camera, camcorder, or television. What you choose to make is up to you.

2. Lego Polaroid OneStep SX-70 Camera isn’t a 3in1, but it comes with 3 “photos” so you feel like you’re really taking pictures.

Educational photography books

One way to brush up on your photo editing is by reading. If your loved ones like reading and are interested in photo editing, get them ZPS X: The Complete Guide to Photo Editing. Another great gift idea is the new book Crush the Composition, by photographer Scott Kelby.

Zoner Photo Studio X

Photo editing software is an indispensable tool for every photographer. If you know your loved one’s ZPS X license is about to expire, or if you know they’re looking for photo editing software, get them a gift voucher for Zoner Photo Studio X.
